Welcome

The International Conference on Computer, Communication, Chemical, Material and Electronic Engineering (IC4ME2-2021) will be held from December 26~27, 2021 at University of Rajshahi in Bangladesh. This conference is a sequel of our first conference ICMEIE-2015. This is the 6th episode of IC4ME2 conference which is going to take place. This year, this conference will be hosted in collaboration with Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) and Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech), Japan. The conference will gather world-class researchers, engineers and educators engaged in the fields of Materials, Electronics, Chemical and Information Engineering to meet and present their latest activities. The main theme of this conference is Networking and Collaboration. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore; subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Papers outside the scope of IEEE will be published in the conference proceedings only. You are cordially invited to attend this interesting event. The scope (not limited to) of the conference is:

Faculty of Engineering, University of Rajshahi

Faculty of Engineering, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh is established in 2010 with the aim to build skilled manpower for the development of the nation, as well as for the development of science and technology through academic research and development. The faculty is committed to be an integral part of vision 2021 of the government.

To meet the increasing demand in the respective fields, the faculty of Engineering was founded on March 2010, and now is comprised of Five (05) departments:

  1. Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (Established in 1967),
  2. Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Established in 1993),
  3. Department of Information and Communication Engineering (Established in 2000),
  4. Department of Materials Science and Engineering (Established in 2002) and
  5. Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Established in 2015)

Engineering education and research cannot be separated.For the development of science and technology in global perspective we are trying to establish industry oriented research labs where students will be able to put their knowledge to practice with innovations in critical areas of science and technology. The Faculty has over 100 academic staffs (including 35 Professors) and over 70 technical, administrative and supporting staffs. Although each department has its own distinct identity, there are some major interdisciplinary research activities in various fields. Researches are conducted in the member departments of the Faculty, and there are research collaborations throughout the world making it an exciting environment for both research and teaching-learning activities. We also intend to extend our joint research activities with foreign universities of the world. The faculty publish journal entitled: University of Rajshahi Studies: Journal of Science and Engineering. It aims at promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and research aptitude among the students to contribute to the economic well being and technological developments of the country.

IC4ME2-2021

International Conference on Computer, Communication, Chemical, Materials & Electronic Engineering (IC4ME2) actually started its journey in the year 2015. From that year, the conference is being organized every year by the faculty of Engineering, University of Rajshahi, bangladesh to provide a unique opportunity for the science and technology professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, researchers and students from all over the world to exchange their scientific ideas, views and thoughts with fellow researchers and participants. This conference will address some of the more relevant and state-of-the-art issues and topics involved in Computer, Communication, Chemical, Materials & Electronic Engineering.

Dr. Fatema Rashid Best Paper Award

Dr. Fatema Rashid Best Paper Awards will be given to two best papers based on recommendation of the IC4ME2-2021 Technical Program Committee. Only the papers presented in the IC4ME2 2021 will be considered for the awards. Each award contains prize money of BDT 7,000 and a certificate.
