Basic Registration Includes

• Upon payment (in addition to the registration fees) the organizing committee may arrange accommodation.

Instruction for Online Registration

• Select appropriate category of your registration and complete the payment.
• Please note that the transfer charge of registration fee to the ICMEIE-2015 Bank Account/ bKash account (bKash transaction id of your payment will be required for online registration) should be borne by the participants.
• Submit the completed Online Registration Form.
• Please note that during online registration, you have to upload scanned copy of required document(s) in specified file format:
  (i) Proof of payment (e.g. demand draft/pay order/bank transfer/online cash deposit slip/proof of telegraphic transfer),
  (ii) Proof of category of registration (e.g. studentship letter from the concerned institution for Student Category Participants, etc.).
• The demand draft or pay order must be sent by EMS/registered mail/courier service to “Chair, Organizing Committee, ICMEIE-2015, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi-6205, Bangladesh”.
• For local participants, the registration fee is payable through demand draft/pay order/cash deposit/online deposit via online banking of Agrani Bank in favor of ICMEIE-2015 Bank Account or through bKash.
• For International/SAARC participants, the registration fee is payable through any kind of bank transfer which will directly remit the US dollars to ICMEIE-2015 Bank Account (Please contact the Chair, Organizing Committee, ICMEIE-2015 for assistance regarding the payment of registration fee and official invitation letter to the conference if required for visa).
• For registration fee payment through bKash (only available in Bangladesh), please keep in mind the following points:
  (i) For students the amount will be exactly BDT 1530 (including bKash service charge).
  (ii) For professionals the amount will be exactly BDT 3060 (including bKash service charge).
  Otherwise, the submission for registration will be denied.
